Residence permit in Latvia

In Latvia, a temporary residence permit (TRP) is a document that gives a foreign citizen the right to reside on the territory of an EU member state, work, study, use medical and state services, issue an invitation to issue a visa to relatives and other persons, as well as move freely throughout the European Union. 1. Investments in the share capital of the company in the Republic of Latvia.

4. Representation of a foreign company.

The company has been registered in the Companies Register for at least a year, the share capital of the Company is not less than 2800 EUR. The company is obliged to pay taxes of at least EUR 21,000 per year.

6. Employment contract.

Work in a Latvian company with a salary of at least 850 EUR.

Obtaining a residence permit Lithuania

A residence permit is required if you intend to stay in Lithuania for more than 90 days within six months from the first day of entry and want to engage in commercial activities, work for hire or study.
